The largest non-governmental telematics development of Hungary has been signed

Waberer’s-Szemerey has choosen WebEye’s telematics solutions

Budapest, 9th December, 2016. – The domestics division of Waberer’s, Waberer’s- Szemerey Logistics Ltd. has chosen WebEye’s telematics solutions to monitor and analyse its fleet. The value of this project realized by Hungary’s leading logistics company is over 400 million HUF, making this agreement the largest non- governmental road transportation informatics deal of the country. After all installations are completed approximately 70% of all domestics FMCG transportation will be made by vehicles that are supported by WebEye solutions.

According to the complex agreement signed for 5 years the installation of telematics units will start already this year. The full equipment of the company’s domestic fleet will be completed in the first half of next year.

This telematics project includes installation of units with different configurations onto normal, tilt and temperature controlled trailers and trucks. Besides real time tracking services, vehicles will be set up with solutions such as the real time monitoring of driving hours, analysis of driving style, cargo hold temperature monitoring and cargo door monitoring.
